Three honest minutes a night.
Your self-image quietly decides what you attempt, what you tolerate, and what you avoid. Oghere rebuilds it with evidence. A few honest minutes each night, and the proof of who you're becoming starts to accumulate.
A quiet practice
Oghere (oh-GAIR-ay) means the space between in Igbo: the gap between who you are and who you could become.
You can't talk yourself into a new self-image. Some part of you always knows when there's no proof. Oghere works the other way. Each night you speak a few honest minutes about your day. Oghere reflects one quiet observation back, and over time it shows you the self-image you're actually practicing: what you keep avoiding, what you keep repeating, what you keep telling yourself, and the small, growing evidence that you're becoming someone else.
How it works
One honest prompt each night, or write freely about your day. A few quiet minutes is enough.
Say it out loud and Oghere transcribes your words. The audio recording is never stored.
Oghere reflects one quiet observation back, noticing a thread that runs across your recent nights.
Each week Oghere surfaces the patterns in what you keep saying, avoiding, and repeating.
See the self-image you've been practicing and the one that's emerging, and watch the evidence tip, night by night.

What reflection actually is
You are in bed, or on the couch, or still in the car outside your house. Oghere asks one question. You say the honest answer out loud, the one you would not have written down. It takes about as long as brushing your teeth.
You do not have to be articulate. You do not have to have had an interesting day. Most nights are not interesting; that is the point. The pattern lives in the ordinary ones.
Then the mirror says one thing back. Not advice, not a score, not a streak celebration. One quiet observation about what it noticed, usually something you already half knew and had not said.
The research is clear that this is the part that matters: reflection with structure and a little distance beats venting, and beats thinking about it in your head. Here is the evidence, including where it stops.
