Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of Oghere, a self-reflection app operated by Oghere LLC. By creating an account or using Oghere, you agree to these terms.

The service

Oghere is a private space for nightly reflection. Basic features, including reflection and voice transcription, are free to use. Premium features, including weekly insights, the full Identity Map, permanent storage, saved memories, letters to your future self, and custom rituals, require a paid subscription.

Subscriptions and billing

Oghere Premium costs $11.99 per month or $79.99 per year. All payments are processed by Apple through your Apple ID. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple account settings. Premium features remain available until the end of the period you have already paid for.

Digital products, courses, and coaching

Oghere LLC also sells digital products (Interview Ready 2026, and access to The AI Interview Simulator), a self-paced course (The Six-Figure Identity, hosted on Skool), and 1:1 coaching. These are sold through our commerce provider, Kit. After payment, Kit emails you the file or an access code; you are responsible for entering the email address you can receive it at. Access codes are for one person and may not be shared or resold. Prices are shown at checkout in US dollars. Payment plans, where offered, are a commitment to the full price paid in installments; missing an installment may pause access until it is paid.

Refunds. Thirty days, no questions asked, on the digital products and the course. If it did not help you, email the address below within thirty days of purchase and you get your money back. You keep the guide. Payment plans are refunded on the same terms for what has been paid, and the remaining installments are cancelled. 1:1 coaching is covered by a separate written agreement, including the compensation guarantee and its conditions, which you receive and accept before you pay.

Results. Coaching and course results are described from real client outcomes and are not a promise. Your results depend on your effort, your market, and circumstances outside anyone's control. Nothing sold here is legal, financial, or employment advice.

Licence. Course and product materials are licensed to you personally for your own career. You may not resell, share, or republish them.

Your content

Your reflections belong to you. You grant Oghere only the limited permission needed to store and process your content so that we can provide the app to you. You are responsible for the content you create.

Acceptable use

You agree to use Oghere lawfully and not to misuse, disrupt, attempt to gain unauthorized access to, or interfere with the service or other users.

Not professional advice

Oghere supports personal reflection. It is not therapy, medical, legal, or financial advice. If you are in crisis or need urgent help, please contact your local emergency services.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Oghere is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Oghere LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes and termination

We may update these terms or the service from time to time. When we make a meaningful change to these terms, we will update the date above. We may suspend or end access to the service where necessary, and you may stop using Oghere and delete your account at any time.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.
